Delivery Area We currently offer delivery exclusively to the following areas: All of Abu Dhabi City. We do not offer international shipping or shipping outside these areas at this time.

Delivery Time We pride ourselves on speed. All orders placed within our operating hours are delivered within 2 hours of order confirmation.

Operating Hours for Delivery Our delivery drivers operate during the following hours:

Delivery Rates

• Free Delivery: Orders over [AED 1000] qualify for free delivery.

Recipient Availability Since we deliver gifts, perishables, and food items within 2 hours, please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Damages & Issues If your order arrives damaged or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue right away.
